Jeremy and his family have lived in Laramie for years and they love being apart of this amazing community. Jeremy and his family love the outdoors and being involved in their local church.
Jeremy is fluent is Spanish due to living in Central America for seven years. Jeremy holds liability and professional insurance which includes errors and omissions.
He is Founder and CEO of Apex Property Services which includes not only Holiday Lights, but also Apex Commerical and Residential Inpections Services and Apex Radon.

Tyler and his wife, both raised in Wyoming, chose Laramie as their home while attending the University of Wyoming. They have since embraced the community with a deep commitment, actively participating in local initiatives and serving their church with dedication. Loving the surrounding area, they can often be found outdoors, taking full advantage of everything it has to offer. Tyler is driven by the values and work ethic instilled in him from his upbringing in Wyoming, and he is committed to delivering his very best in every Apex endeavor, consistently striving for excellence in his work.

Ben Campbell
Radon Mitigation Specialist
Ben was born and raised in Montana but moved to Laramie to attend WyoTech and quickly made it home. After graduation, he worked for the City of Laramie for a few years and then served 10+ years as the Property Manager at Snowy Mountain Lodge, building extensive hands-on experience with ventilation systems, foundations, and building performance — experience he now applies directly to radon testing and mitigation. One of Ben’s passion is making things work and then making sure they are effecient.
Ben and his wife, Catrina, have two children and are active in their local church and outdoor community. As a husband and father, he understands the importance of safe indoor air and approaches every radon project with precision, integrity, and a commitment to protecting families at home.
